Sandhya holds a Ph.D. in Plant Molecular Biology from University of Manitoba, Canada and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has held senior executive roles in government and industry, working at the forefront of advanced technologies. She has a track record of securing substantial investment combined with a passionate commitment to innovation and commercialisation. Sandhya has implemented the expansion strategy for the farm, more than doubling production of high-quality produce and establishment of new sales channels.
Alok Kumar

Dr. Alok Kumar, Director: Alok has over 20 years of experience in the agribusiness sector and leads Frontiers Research at Horticulture Innovation Australia, having a track record of successful management of R&D co-investment funds worth over $80 million. Alok has over 10 years of experience in working at global multinational giants in Agtech (Monsanto, Bayer Crop Science), Alok has managed complex commercial programs involving novel agricultural technologies and was responsible for the regulatory approval leading to commercial release of Bollgard cotton.
Savar Kumar
General Manager
With a background in Information Technology and Business Communication Systems, Savar manages the information and operation systems at the firm. His prior experience includes building a firewall for the National Electronics Corporation and providing information support at Victorian Building Authority.
Savar is passionate about cybersecurity and pursuing specialisation in this area. He is also a gaming enthusiast and has been actively involved at Monash University Games Development Bootcamps.
